Terms of Service
Effective and last updated: June 22, 20261. Agreement
These Terms of Service govern your access to AI Call Deck. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these terms. If you use AI Call Deck for an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
AI Call Deck provides AI-assisted telephone reception, call records, appointment management, business configuration, and optional third-party integrations. Features may depend on telephony, AI, calendar, payment, and infrastructure providers and may change as the service evolves.
3. Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials and assigned phone extensions, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for ensuring that authorized users follow these terms.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use AI Call Deck to:
- Break the law, violate another person's rights, or facilitate fraud, harassment, or abuse.
- Send unlawful automated calls, spam, deceptive communications, or emergency-service impersonations.
- Collect sensitive information without a lawful purpose and appropriate safeguards.
- Probe, disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or bypass security or account restrictions.
- Use AI output as medical, legal, financial, or emergency advice.
5. Your responsibilities
You control your business information, scripts, operating hours, services, and booking rules. You are responsible for their accuracy and for reviewing automated call and appointment outcomes. You must comply with applicable privacy, telemarketing, call-recording, consumer, and industry-specific laws and provide required notices to callers.
6. Google Calendar and third-party services
Google Calendar connection is optional and requires your authorization. You may disconnect it at any time. Your use of Google services is also governed by Google's terms and policies. AI Call Deck is not responsible for third-party outages, account restrictions, or changes. You remain responsible for reviewing synchronized appointments and resolving conflicts.
7. Fees and billing
Paid plans, usage charges, included minutes, trials, wallet balances, taxes, and renewal terms are shown in your account or order. Unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise, charges for consumed services are non-refundable. We may suspend new call handling after a failed payment or exhausted prepaid balance while allowing an active call to finish safely.
8. Data and intellectual property
You retain rights in information you provide. You grant us permission to process that information only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in our Privacy Policy. AI Call Deck and its software, branding, and documentation remain the property of their respective owners.
9. Availability and disclaimers
AI and speech systems can misunderstand callers or produce incorrect output. You must maintain appropriate human review and fallback procedures. The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law, without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate operation.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Call Deck will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages. Our aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the amount you paid for the service during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material violations, security risk, unlawful use, or nonpayment. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain effective.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms. Questions can be sent to haqnaveed991@gmail.com.
