This Privacy Policy explains how AI Call Deck ("AI Call Deck," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use aicalldeck.com, dashboard.aicalldeck.com, our AI receptionist services, and related integrations.
2. Information we collect
We collect information needed to provide and secure the service, including:
- Account information such as name, email address, login credentials, role, and subscription status.
- Business configuration such as services, opening hours, call scripts, booking rules, and transfer settings.
- Call information such as caller number, timestamps, transcripts, outcomes, duration, and performance metrics. Raw call audio is not stored by default.
- Appointment information such as customer name, phone number, service, date, time, duration, and notes.
- Technical information such as IP address, browser information, security events, and application logs.
- Billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not store complete payment-card numbers.
3. Google user data
If you choose to connect Google Calendar, AI Call Deck requests your basic Google account identity and permission to access calendar events using the calendar.events scope. We use this access only to:
- Identify the Google account you connected.
- Check appointment availability relevant to your requested booking operation.
- Create Google Calendar events for confirmed appointments.
- Update or delete those events when an appointment is changed or cancelled in AI Call Deck.
- Display connection and synchronization status in your dashboard.
Google Calendar access is optional. AI Call Deck does not use Google user data for advertising, does not sell it, and does not allow humans to read it except when necessary for security, support requested by you, legal compliance, or aggregated internal operations where the data is not associated with an individual.
AI Call Deck's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we use information
- Provide AI call answering, appointment management, calendar synchronization, and account administration.
- Authenticate users, prevent abuse, investigate incidents, and protect the service.
- Process payments, calculate usage, provide support, and communicate service notices.
- Monitor reliability and improve product performance using appropriately limited operational data.
- Comply with applicable law and enforce our Terms of Service.
5. How we share information
We share information only with service providers needed to operate AI Call Deck, such as cloud hosting, telephony, AI processing, email delivery, Google Calendar, and payment processing providers. They may process data only to provide their contracted services. We may also disclose information when legally required, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell or rent personal information or Google user data.
6. Storage, security, and retention
We use access controls, tenant isolation, encrypted transport, and encrypted storage for Google OAuth credentials. No system is completely secure, but we maintain reasonable safeguards appropriate to the nature of the data.
We retain account and operational information while your account is active and afterward only as reasonably necessary for legal, security, billing, backup, and dispute-resolution purposes. Google OAuth tokens are deleted when you disconnect Google Calendar. Calendar event references may remain in appointment records as needed to maintain booking history, but they are no longer used to access Google after disconnection.
7. Your choices and deletion requests
You may update business and appointment information in the dashboard. You may disconnect Google Calendar from the Calendar or Integrations page and may also revoke access in your Google Account permissions. To request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account data, email haqnaveed991@gmail.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.
8. Callers and customer data
Businesses using AI Call Deck are responsible for providing legally required notices and obtaining any required consent for call recording, transcription, AI processing, and customer communications in their jurisdictions. We process caller and appointment data on behalf of those businesses to provide the service.
9. Children
AI Call Deck is a business service and is not directed to children under 13.
